1. DELIVERY

1.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL.

1.2 We ship within Germany and to the countries listed below.

The shipping costs for Germany can be found under point 2.

1.3 In individual cases, due to technical problems, delivery may be made via a shipping service provider other than the one mentioned.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

2.1 We charge €2.95 for delivery within Germany. Return shipping within Germany is free of charge.

2.2 For shipping abroad, we charge the shipping costs listed below per order. Free return shipping is excluded.

2.3 Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred, which you must bear.

The shipping cost calculation is available as soon as there is at least one item in your shopping cart and you have specified a delivery address.
