Not quite right? No problem โ we make returns as easy as possible.
How returns work
Pack your shoes
Place the shoes back into the original shoebox and then pack it in suitable shipping packaging or an outer carton โ ideally the packaging in which you received your order.
Important: The shoebox must not be shipped unpackaged. Please remove or cover old shipping labels.Enclose return slip
Fill out the enclosed return slip completely and place it in the package. This way, we can quickly and correctly assign your return.

Affix the DHL return label, which was included with your order, clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Drop off package
Simply take your package to the nearest DHL parcel drop-off point or DHL branch. Please keep the drop-off receipt until you have received your refund.
Frequent questions about returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 1 month from the day you received your order to return items to us. Please make sure to drop off the package with DHL within this period โ the time of drop-off counts.

Who bears the costs for return shipping?
For returns within Germany, we cover the shipping costs once per order. The corresponding DHL return label is included with your order.
For returns from abroad, we ask you to bear the shipping costs yourself. You can use a parcel service provider of your choice and send the package to the following address:

When and how will I get my money back?
Once your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase amount usually within 14 days โ using the same payment method you originally used.
- PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer: Refund directly to the account used.
- Credit card: Credit to your card โ it may only appear on your next statement, depending on your bank.
- Purchase on account: Open invoice items will be canceled, so you only have to pay the amount for items you kept.
For security reasons, refunds can only be made using the original payment method.
Has my return arrived with you?
As soon as your return has been received and processed by our returns department, we will automatically send you a confirmation by email.
Until then, you can track the status of your package using the tracking number on your DHL drop-off receipt directly on the DHL website. Please keep the receipt until you have received our confirmation email.
I lost the return slip โ what should I do?
No stress โ it happens. Simply contact us, and we will send you the return slip immediately via email:

I paid with Klarna โ do I have to register the return separately?
Yes, we recommend it. If you paid by Klarna invoice and want to return part of your order, please also register the return in the Klarna app or on klarna.com. This will pause your invoice until we have received your return and reported it to Klarna โ this way you avoid unnecessary reminders.
How can I complain about a defective or faulty item?
Have you received a shoe that is defective or damaged? We are sorry โ we will of course be happy to help you.
For all our items, the statutory warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase applies. If a defect occurs during this time that is not due to normal wear and tear or improper care, we will take care of it free of charge.
