You can't wait to hold your new shoes in your hands? Take advantage of the opportunity to pick up your shoes free of charge directly from our warehouse in Korschenbroich-Glehn (NRW).
Pick-up times: Mon. to Fri. from 09:30 to 16:00 (except on public holidays in NRW)
Here's how it works:
1. Select and order shoes as usual in our shop at www.schuhe.shop. During the order process, select a payment method (all common payment methods are possible except bank transfer) and choose the CLICK & COLLECT shipping method. Alternatively, you can place an order by phone at 02182-8151710. There are no shipping costs for Click & Collect.

2. We will now prepare the shoes you ordered for collection. The order will be ready for collection just 2 hours after receiving the order confirmation. Collection can take place from Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. directly from our warehouse in 41352 Korschenbroich-Glehn, Glehner Heide 8. Please have the customer's ID documents and order confirmation ready for identification on site. If the customer who ordered the goods is unable to come, the person collecting the goods will need a power of attorney and the order confirmation .

3. If you discover at home that the ordered items do not fit or you do not like them, you can cancel your order by calling 02182-8151710 or by email to info@schuhe.shop. Any unwanted or unsuitable goods can then be returned to our warehouse during the times specified above.
