women's sabots

A sabot (French for hoof) was originally a wooden shoe that was designed exclusively for use outside the four walls.
Nowadays it is represented in shoe collections as a subcategory of mules and it is usually closed at the front and open at the back.
The appearance of sabots ranges from elegant to sporty and, thanks to their practical handling, they are very popular with both women and men, although the product variety is considerably greater for women.
Its upper materials range from genuine leather and imitation leather to textile materials and synthetics, and it often gets its good fit through elastic bands, buckles or Velcro fasteners.
Narrow cut with a small heel, it looks great with dresses, skirts or even elegant outfits, the slightly sportier style with full-length outsoles or a wide heel also goes well with jeans or shorts.
Its areas of application are now innumerable, such as as street shoes in summer, as work shoes indoors or outdoors, as slippers or as a fashionable addition to any outfit.
