1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

1.1 The shipping will be carried out via DHL.

1.2 We deliver within Germany and to the countries listed below.

You can find the respective shipping fees under point 2.

1.3 In some cases, due to technical problems, the delivery may be made using a different shipping service than the named one.

2. SHIPPING FEES

2.1 We charge €2.95 for outbound shipping within Germany. Return shipping within Germany is free of charge.

2.2 For deliveries to all other countries we will charge shipping fees according to the list below. Free return shipment is excluded.

2.3 Please note, that for cross-border deliveries additional taxes (e.g. in case of intra-community purchases) and/or expenses (e.g. customs duty) may arise, which have to be paid for by the customer.
