CLICK & COLLECT

You can hardly wait to hold your new shoes in your hands? Take the opportunity from a minimum order value of 50€ to pick up your shoes directly at our warehouse in Korschenbroich-Glehn (NRW) for free. You will also get a 5€ discount on your order.

This is how it works:

1. Choose and order shoes as usual in our shop at www.schuhe.shop. Select a payment method during the ordering process (all common payment methods except bank transfer are possible) and choose the shipping method CLICK & COLLECT. Alternatively, you can place an order by phone at +49 2182-8151710. There are no shipping costs for click & collect.

2. The ordered shoes are now prepared by us for pick-up. Only 2 hours after receipt of the order confirmation the order is ready for pick-up. The collection can take place from monday to friday from 09.30 to 16.30 directly at our warehouse in 41352 Korschenbroich-Glehn, Glehner Heide 8. Please have your identification documents and the order confirmation ready for identification on site. If the customer who ordered the goods is unable to attend, the person collecting the goods needs a written authorisation and the order confirmation.

3. If at home it should be determined that the ordered articles do not fit or do not please, the order can be revoked by telephone under +49 2182-8151710 or by e-mail to info@schuhe.shop. The unwanted / unsuitable goods can then be returned to our warehouse at the times indicated above.

Pick-up times: mon to fri from 09:30 to 16:30 (except on public holidays in NRW)
